Swoop by the Hawk Watch

Hawk Watch at Delaware Nature Society (DNS)

Hawk Watch 2017 has begun!

Visit us daily, 9 am – 4 pm, Sep – Nov, at Hawk Watch Hill (Ashland's highest hill is in the center of the Red Clay Audubon Important Bird Area) and help us look for the 5,000 – 20,000 raptors that migrate by in the fall season.

A lookback on Sep – Nov 2016 Hawk Watch: The hard-working hawk watch team observed more than 6,000 migrating raptors. The month of November brought over 1,500 raptors through the valley.
