Grab your sneakers and hit the Markell Trail this fall for a 5k Walk/Run through the beautiful Russell Peterson Urban Wildlife Refuge. Proceeds benefit Delaware Nature Society’s environmental education programs for Wilmington community youth.

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of DuPont Environmental Education Center, where city, river and marsh meet.
11 am: Welcome at Hoots Hollow by Mayor Purzycki, DNREC Secretary Garvin, and other elected officials
