Fallingwater and the Laurel Highlands

Join our Fallingwater and the Laurel Highlands eco tour.  Tour the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania, a region of beautiful mountains, forests, waterfalls, and lots of wildlife. this trip combines nature, architecture, and science with an itinerary includes: tours of two Frank Lloyd Wright houses, Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob; bird banding at Powdermill Nature Reserve, the biological field station of the Carnegie Museum of Natural History; visits to Ohiopyle State Park including the falls along the Youghiogheny River; Spruce Bog Flats with high songbird diversity and carnivorous plants. Fee includes van transportation, entrance fees, lodging, all meals except Wednesday lunch. Lodging is a quiet, private lodge on a mountaintop with excellent views.
