Registration is now open for our third annual local food and spirits celebration. The 2010 Farm to Fork Event will be held during our Harvest Moon Festival on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3, 2010. Join us each afternoon around the exclusive tables set high atop the most scenic vista at Coverdale Farm to enjoy tastes of the region.
Each day the Chefs will prepare 5 seasonal tasting dishes crafted from organic meats and produce grown and raised at Coverdale Farm. Our "spirits" partners will pair the beautiful food with a variety of beers and wines to compliment each course.
EVENT DETAILS:
Saturday, October 2: Twin Lakes Brewery & Sovana Bistro.
Sunday, October 3: Paradocx Winery & Dan Butler, Chef/Owner of Deep Blue, Toscana Kitchen & Bar, Toscana To Go Catering, Brandywine Prime, and Bistro on the Brandywine.
Seating 50 people per day at Coverdale Farm's "Overlook." Open tent seating with breathtaking views of the Burrow's Run Preserve.
Time: 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm each day
1:30 - 2:00 check in at main entrance & arrival at tent; greet babysitters if using service
2:00 - 4:00 seated event
4:00 - 4:30 post-event conviviality
Price: $65 per person, per day or NEW in 2010, $500 for a table of 8, per day.
Free Babysitting services available ~ please include children names and ages when registering for the event.
Registration is refundable through Friday, September 17, 2010.
