Registrations and Payments
Visit our website or call for program details, including directions. Pre-registration and payment in full is required for ALL programs unless otherwise noted. Registration forms can be mailed or faxed. DNS Members can register online for fastest processing. Prospective members can join and register online as well. Phone registrations will be accepted under special circumstances and on a VERY limited basis. Online registrants should print a confirmation at the time of registration. All others will receive a confirmation in the mail. If a class is full, you will be notified. All materials, equipment and van transportation to off-site locations will be provided unless otherwise noted.
Weather & Program Attire
Programs and trips are held rain or shine - please dress according to weather and program activities. In case of inclement weather, activities may be modified and moved indoors.
Extra Siblings
Class size is limited to maintain program quality. Please make sure all children are registered and within the appropriate age range.
Medical and Emergency Information
So that we may obtain the best care for your child in case of an emergency, please complete all the medical information on the program registration form.
Photographs/Video
Delaware Nature Society reserves the right to use any photos/video of participants to promote Delaware Nature Society's programs unless otherwise notified in writing.
Registrant Withdrawal & Refunds
Requests for withdrawal 10 days or more prior to the scheduled program date will be honored. Refunds for withdrawal less than 10 days prior to the scheduled program date will be issued only if the slot is filled. Member programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Full refunds will be issued for program cancellation.

Things to Bring
Please come prepared for all programs and activities. If relevant, bring your own binoculars, flashlight, sun protection, insect repellant, water or other items based on the program.
Program Level of Difficulty
Unless otherwise noted, all programs require easy to moderate physical effort.
