Farm to Fork is an evening to honor an extraordinary agricultural estate, Coverdale Farm Preserve, in the bucolic, rolling hills of Greenville, Delaware. Situated on a 356-acre preserve, Coverdale Farm encompasses an 18th century stone bank barn, livestock pastures, native meadow, idyllic ponds, woodlands, and panoramic views of rolling countryside. Farm to Fork brings together conservation-minded people in spirit of raising funding for the sustainable agriculture and education activities of Coverdale Farm Preserve.
This year at Farm to Fork, we will be Honoring our Roots - celebrating the deep and rich history of Coverdale Farm Preserve. Guests will arrive at twilight, enjoy the first pairing and hors d'oeurves overlooking the pasture, and conjoin for a family-style, three-course seated dinner under the stars. Our menu will feature delectables grown right on the farm, with a menu pairing by David Weir, chef and owner of Goat Kitchen and Bar, featuring craft brewed Dogfish Head beer. All proceeds benefit Delaware Nature Society. We hope you will join us!
