Farm to Fork is an evening to honor an extraordinary agricultural estate, Coverdale Farm Preserve, in the bucolic, rolling hills of Greenville, Delaware. Situated on a 356-acre preserve, Coverdale Farm encompasses an 18th century stone bank barn, livestock pastures, native meadow, idyllic ponds, woodlands, and panoramic views of rolling countryside. Farm to Fork brings together conservation-minded people in spirit of raising funding for the sustainable agriculture and education activities of Coverdale Farm Preserve.
Guests will arrive at twilight, enjoy a cocktail reception overlooking the pasture, and conjoin for a
family-style, three-course seated dinner under the stars. Our menu will feature delectables grown right on the farm, with a menu pairing by Dave Weir of Goat Kitchen & Bar, featuring craft brewed Dogfish Head beer. All proceeds benefit Delaware Nature Society. We hope you will join us!
