Come out and support our mission swiftly afoot as you take the trails at our Milford Millponds Nature Preserve 5K trail. This year's race will feature chip-timing provided by TriSports Events. After the run, enjoy a well-earned Dogfish Head craft beer, some post-race grub by Arena's, live music by 3CNorth, SUP/kayak rentals from Delmarva Board Sport Adventures on Abbott’s Pond, fun competitions for the whole family, and witness a "literal" running of our historic, preserved grist mill back at the Abbott’s Visitor Center. Entry fee includes a complimentary race t-shirt, a Dogfish Head craft beer (age 21+), and non-alcoholic beverages.

In celebration of the restoration of our Mill's c. 1920 Faribanks-Morse 20 HP light oil engine, join First State Antique Tractor Club and Chesapeake Bar T's for a gathering of antique engines and Model T's. Also enjoy tours of Abbott's Mill, hayrides, and the Po’ Boys Creole & Fresh Catch food truck. No need to pre-register.
