Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy scanning the skies for migratory shorebirds that are leaving the Delaware Bay are, and taking flight to their arctic breeding grounds. The excitement of seeing thousands of shorebirds in flight, knowing they have thousands of miles to go before they nest, is impressive. Also, this is the time to see Mississippi Kites and perhaps a Swallow-tailed Kite as they overshoot their breeding grounds further south. Come enjoy this beautiful location, and the possibility of seeing some great birds. Meets at Bucktoe Creek Preserve 432 Sharp Road, Avondale, PA 19311
